How to Register?

📖 GENESIS 2K26: Official Registration Guide Welcome to the GENESIS 2K26 Registration Portal! We have designed an ultra-fast, streamlined system to get your school's participants locked in. Please read this quick guide before you begin. Step 0: School Details Before assigning any students, we need to know who is leading your squad. Fill in your Institution Name. Provide accurate names and active contact numbers for both your Student Coordinator and Teacher Coordinator. We will use these numbers for all official GENESIS 2K26 communications. Use the optional message box if your school has any specific requirements or needs assistance on the day of the fest. Step 1: Event Selection Scroll down to the Day 1 and Day 2 event grids. Simply check the boxes next to the events your school wants to compete in. Pro Tip: You don't need to add any student names yet. Just select the events first! Step 2: Participant Details (The Rosters) Once you select an event (e.g., Football), a dedicated roster panel will instantly appear below the event grids. Minimum Requirements: The system will automatically generate the exact minimum number of slots required for that event (e.g., 5 slots for Football). You must fill in a Name and Grade for every auto-generated slot. Adding Substitutes/Extras: Need to add more team members? Click the "Add Participant Slot" button inside that event's panel. Maximum Limits: The system is hardcoded with the official rulebook limits. Once an event reaches its max capacity (e.g., 7 players for Football), the "Add Participant" button will disappear. Made a mistake? Just hit the "X" button next to a participant's slot to remove them from that specific event. Step 3: Final Submission Once all your selected events have their rosters filled out with names and grades: Scroll to the bottom and click "Submit Registration Details". Do not close the tab while the button says "Processing..." Wait for the success popup to confirm your data has been securely transmitted to the GENESIS 2K26 committee. Need Help? How to Register?

Step 0: School Information First things first, drop your institution's name. You also need to fill in the names and contact numbers for both the Student Coordinator and Teacher Coordinator. These are the main people running things for your squad. If you have any extra requirements or need assistance, just drop a note in the message box. Step 1: Participant Section Before you pick your events, you need to build your master list of students. Type in the student's full name. Select their academic grade (IX, X, XI, or XII) from the dropdown. Click "Add Participant" to lock them into the system. Pro-tip: If you make a mistake or someone drops out, lowkey no stress. Just hover over their name in the list and click the remove icon to delete them from the roster and any events they were already assigned to. Step 2: Event Allocation Now time to choose your battles. Select the events your school is pulling up for by checking the boxes under Day 01 and Day 02. A dedicated panel will open up for each event you select. Just check off the students from your participant list to assign them to that specific competition. Pay attention to the limits. The system tells you exactly how many people you need for each event. Make sure you hit the minimum required headcount, or it won't let you submit. Step 3: Submit Registration Details Double-check that all your school info is filled out and your events have the right amount of people. Once you are good to go, hit the big Submit Registration Details button at the bottom. You will get a success alert when everything is securely sent to the committee.
