General Rules & Regulations

• All participants must carry a valid School ID card during the event.

• Participants must also carry a valid Bonafide Certificate issued by their institution.

• Participants should complete the registration process before the specified deadline.

• Reporting time for every event will be at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Participants arriving late may not be allowed to participate.

• Participants are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior throughout the event.

• Any form of misconduct, use of offensive language, violence, or damage to property may lead to immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.

• The decision of judges and the organizing committee will be final and binding in all events.

• Participants must strictly follow the rules and time limits of individual events.

• Vulgarity, inappropriate content, or offensive performances are strictly prohibited.

• Props, costumes, instruments, and special materials required for performances must be arranged by the participants unless otherwise specified.

• Hazardous materials such as fire, explosives, smoke devices, sharp weapons, or harmful chemicals are not allowed on campus or stage premises.

• Participants are responsible for the safety and handling of their personal belongings. The organizing committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

• Participants must cooperate with volunteers, coordinators, and security staff during the event.

• Use of unfair means, plagiarism, pre-recorded manipulation (where restricted), or impersonation will result in disqualification.

• Participants are requested to keep the campus clean and follow eco-friendly practices.

• Photography and videography may be carried out during the fest for promotional and documentation purposes.

• Event schedules are subject to change under unavoidable circumstances. Participants are advised to stay updated through official announcements.

• Any participant violating the rules may face disqualification without prior warning.

• By participating in GENESIS 2K26, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by the organizing committee.
